Tool & equipment tracking · QR tags, NFC soon

Tool tracking that makes tools stop disappearing

Stick a QR tag on every tool and scan it with a smartphone at hand-out — you always know where each rotary hammer is, who is responsible for it and when it is due back. No rugged terminals, no integrators: up and running in one day.

Three phrases that cost you money every month

While tracking lives in a notebook or a spreadsheet, tools get lost, bought twice and "walk away" from job sites. Companies lose up to 15% of fleet value per year.

We had that rotary hammer. Nobody knows where it is now

The tool is on the books but physically gone: left at the previous site, sitting in someone else's container or long since taken home.

Inventory count? That's two days with a clipboard

Once a quarter the whole depot stops: a storekeeper with a checklist, a foreman with a spreadsheet — and half of it still "doesn't add up".

I never took it

A verbal hand-out proves nothing. The argument goes nowhere, and a replacement tool is bought at the company's expense.

// How it works

Three steps — and the whole fleet is under control

No "implementation project". Register in the morning — by the evening the first hand-out already goes through the scanner.

Stick QR tags

Import your list from Excel (or add items manually), print QR codes on a regular label printer and stick them on the tools. For harsh environments we can supply heavy-duty tags.

Scan at hand-out

The storekeeper scans the tag and picks the recipient. The employee confirms receipt from their own phone — double confirmation, nothing left to argue about.

Watch and manage

Where everything is, who holds what, what is due back or should be written off — in the dashboard and reports. An inventory count is just a walk with a smartphone.

// Features

Everything tracking needs. Plus what others don't have

We took the best of global asset-tracking systems and added what matters in the CIS region.

Double confirmation

A hand-out completes only after the recipient confirms it. Personal responsibility is recorded electronically.

One-hour inventory

Scan tags one after another — the system marks what is found and shows discrepancies in the Control dashboard.

// Our first customer — ourselves

Proven on our own fleet

We built the system for our own companies — equipment rental and construction works on northern oil-field sites — and only then opened it to everyone.

"After every finished site we used to be short 100–200 thousand rubles worth of tools. Now every item has a QR tag, a history and a responsible person — and the 'I never took it' talks ended within the first month."

// FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is the interface available in English?

The web app is currently in Russian — an English interface is on our roadmap. The QR-scanning workflow itself is icon-driven and takes minutes to learn; support in English is available by email.

Do we need rugged terminals or other hardware?

No. The smartphones your staff already carry are enough: the camera reads QR tags. QR codes print on a regular label printer.

What if a site has no network coverage?

Offline mode is coming soon: hand-outs, returns and scans will be stored on the phone and synced when the network returns. For now an internet connection is required — operations are lightweight, an ordinary mobile signal is enough.

How do we migrate our current records from Excel or 1C?

From Excel — via import in minutes: upload a file using our template and the system creates the cards and generates QR codes for the whole list. From 1C — export the list to Excel and upload it. Direct 1C exchange is coming soon.

Won't the tags peel off on a construction site?

Laminated stickers are fine for normal conditions. For harsh environments there are polyester labels, engraved metal tags and on-metal NFC tags — write to us and we'll pick and order them for your fleet.

Is the free plan really unlimited in time?

Yes. Up to 50 items and 3 users — free forever, no card required. The only limit is volume: when the fleet grows you switch to a paid plan and keep all the data.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Your data is yours: a full Excel export at any moment, no "ransom". Everything is stored on servers in Russia and only you have access.

A week from now you will know
where every tool of yours is

Register, upload your list and stick the first tags — tomorrow the first hand-out already goes through the scanner. The free plan never expires.
